Over the past 25 years, he has successfully worked with numerous teams, bringing hundreds of concerts, festivals, and events to the public across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. His portfolio is as diverse as the entertainment world itself – from major festivals like Õllesummer to international artists such as Lenny Kravitz, 2Cellos, Robert Plant, Sarah Brightman, and many others.
In addition, he has spent many years managing PR for the Estonian Music Awards and has been part of the teams behind internationally recognized major events.

In addition to her work as Executive Producer of the Estonian Lifestyle Awards, she is the Founder of MLworld Management and the initiator of Legends Club, a curated business networking concept focused on long-term relationship building and international connections.
